    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

    2. Services Description

    4 Pillars Marketing LLC provides digital marketing, web development, automation, and related business growth services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to each client.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information required to perform our services.
    • Ensure they have the right to use any materials provided to us.
    • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
    • Pay all fees as agreed upon in the service agreement.

    4. Payment Terms

    All fees for services are outlined in the client's specific proposal or agreement. We operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, methodologies, pre-existing materials, and any tools used to create the deliverables.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall 4 Pillars Marketing LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Clients may terminate services according to the terms specified in their individual service agreements.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
